How much does it cost to open a TAFF?+
The investment varies depending on the city, location, concept, and size of the store. Once the initial assessment is complete, we'll provide a tailored investment plan with a clear breakdown of the expected costs.
Where are franchise opportunities available?+
Our initial focus is Istanbul, followed by high-potential cities across Türkiye. Share your preferred location in your application, and we'll assess the opportunity together.
How long does it take to open?+
From signing the agreement to opening day, the process typically takes a few months, depending on site readiness and fit-out requirements. We coordinate each stage with you to keep the journey on track from planning through to launch.
Do I need restaurant experience?+
Restaurant experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential. What matters most is finding partners who are hands-on, operationally disciplined, and committed to the TAFF brand.
Who runs the location?+
We prefer to work with partners who are actively involved in the business. Hands-on oversight of day-to-day operations plays an important role in maintaining TAFF standards and delivering a consistent guest experience.
What support do I receive after opening?+
Our support continues well beyond opening day. Through operational reviews, ongoing training, marketing support, supply chain guidance, and performance monitoring, we work with our partners to maintain standards and strengthen each TAFF location over time.
